Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Dubai. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and build strong client relationships. The role involves managing sales teams, identifying potential clients, leading negotiations, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Collaboration with marketing and support teams to optimize the sales process will also be a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in developing strategic sales plans and leading a sales team to success.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in market research, competition analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology used in the real estate sector.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and RERA guidelines is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
