Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving student enrollments by identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting the institution's courses and certifications. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, achieving enrollment targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and analyzing market trends to improve business performance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and negotiation
- Effective team management and leadership capabilities to oversee and mentor sales representatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends and develop data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for managing customer relationships and tracking progress
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and adaptability to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience in the education or training industry is a plus
