Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and providing detailed sales forecasts. This role requires leadership in managing and mentoring the sales team to ensure consistent performance and success.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement
- Leadership and Team Management skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding the sales team
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and sales analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
