About the Client
They are a fast-growing IT services and system integration company specializing in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and InfoSec solutions. The company works with enterprise clients across BFSI, Pharma, and Manufacturing, delivering high-value, complex technology solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business growth and manage key enterprise accounts. This role will be critical in building a strong sales pipeline, closing large-ticket deals, and contributing to the company’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition across BFSI, Pharma, and Manufacturing sectors
- Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts
- Build and own a strong sales pipeline for IT Infrastructure solutions
- Identify, pursue, and close large enterprise deals
- Work closely with leadership to define and execute GTM strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and deal closures
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7-10+ years of experience in System Integration (SI) business
- Strong experience in:
- Enterprise solution sales
- IT Infrastructure solutions
- Enterprise account management
- Strong network within BFSI / Pharma / Manufacturing sectors
- Ability to understand and sell complex technology solutions
- Prior experience in account mining and relationship-driven sales
