Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kanpur for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage sales teams to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing strategic insights for growth. The role also involves performance tracking, market analysis, and team development to ensure overall business success.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Employee Development
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets effectively
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is advantageous)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kanpur
