πΌ Role Overview
Weβre hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue across our fast-growing furniture, interiors, and turnkey project verticals. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and multi-brand operations.
π― Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end sales (B2B + B2C)
Generate and close high-value deals (furniture, interiors, turnkey projects)
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures
Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Recruit, train, and manage a small sales team (if experienced)
π₯ What Weβre Looking For
3β8 years in sales (preferably furniture, interiors, real estate, or construction)
Strong closing ability (not just lead generation)
Experience in high-ticket sales (βΉ1L+ deal sizes preferred)
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Fluent in English + Telugu/Hindi
