Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving loan product sales, establishing and managing partnerships with banks and NBFCs, and identifying new business opportunities. Core responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing guidance to sales teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also contribute to optimizing the loan distribution process to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships with clients, banks, and NBFCs.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, including loans, credit cards, and insurance solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams.
- An understanding of financial technologies, and experience leveraging tools like loan calculators and customer relationship management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, with prior experience in sales or financial services being an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment.
