Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kelambakkam. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed revenue and booking targets for residential plots and properties. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations, and closure of deals with prospective buyers and investors. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with marketing to drive inquiries and walk-ins. The Sales Manager will maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, ensure accurate documentation and coordination with internal departments, and provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property development sales, preferably in residential plots, apartments, or gated communities.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, prospecting, and closing deals, with the ability to handle site visits and in-person negotiations.
- Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and forecasting to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams, convert leads from campaigns, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain project features, pricing, and financing options clearly.
- Comfortable working on-site, including weekends and peak hours, based on client visits and business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate sales are an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms.
- A results-driven, ethical, and customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Experience : 5 - 8 years
Salary : 50,000/ monthly + incentive
