Sales ManagerRooman Technologiesfull-timeRequired skillsdatabaseAbout the role Website: rooman.com Job details: The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The FollowingInstitutional Outreach and Partnerships: Identify, approach, and sign MoU agreements with engineering colleges, BCA/BSc colleges, polytechnics, and arts and science colleges in your territory.Build relationships with Principals, HODs, Training and Placement Officers, and Career Development Cell (CDC) coordinators.Onboard small computer training institutes as Rooman hybrid delivery partners.Conduct seminars, workshops, and demo sessions on campus (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Skills).Represent Rooman at education fairs, college events, and institutional meetings.Student Enrollment And RevenueDrive student enrollments through institutional channels and meet monthly targets.Coordinate with college partners on batch scheduling, student communication, and course delivery support.Track and report weekly pipeline: prospects contacted, meetings done, MoUs signed, enrollments confirmed.Territory ManagementMaintain a live territory database of all colleges and institutes (mapped, visited, and status tracked).Build and nurture long-term relationships for repeat batches and referrals.Submit weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.Targets You Will Be Measured OnCollege meetings/visits: 8-10 Institute visits 15-20 MoUs signed (colleges).Institute tie-ups.Student enrollments: 70-120Pipeline prospects active: 15+.This job was posted by Nethra Ramakrishna from Rooman Technologies.
