We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to drive partner-led business growth and manage strategic channel relationships.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard & manage channel partners
• Drive monthly & quarterly business targets
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships
• Monitor partner productivity, conversions & engagement
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations & credit teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation & compliance
• Track performance through MIS & reporting
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 3–6 years experience in Sales / Channel Sales / Partnership Management
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• BFSI / Fintech experience preferred
