Role Description This is a full-time, Sales Manager role based in Dehradun. The Sales Manager will lead day-to-day sales activities, including managing inquiries, conducting site visits, and presenting the features and benefits of the township to prospective buyers. This role will involve developing and executing sales plans, tracking leads through the entire sales cycle, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Manager will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare sales reports, and collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to improve lead conversion and client satisfaction. The position also includes building relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or allied sectors, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and provide a high standard of customer service.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting to track pipelines, forecast sales, and analyze performance.
- Understanding of local real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and channel partner ecosystems in and around Dehradun(or willingness to learn quickly).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours as needed based on client visits.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and uphold ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices in all interactions.
