Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will handle day-to-day responsibilities including identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, creating customized proposals, negotiating with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Negotiation and presentation skills, with an ability to deliver compelling pitches
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to strategize and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of the architecture, interior design, or construction industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working in a high-paced environment
