Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager for Solar Rooftop Division, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. Key tasks include developing sales strategies basically in C&I Segment, meeting sales targets, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize offerings and deliver tailored solar power solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales, technical sales ,business development, and client relationship management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and delivering on sales targets in Solar Rooftop Segment only.
- Competency in market research and customer needs assessment
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience in renewable energy or solar industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
