Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, identify new business opportunities, and ensure targets are met. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts, monitoring market trends, providing detailed sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and market trend analysis
- Strategic Planning and Target Achievement expertise to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to build effective client and partner relationships
- Analytical and Reporting skills to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Knowledge of the building materials or construction industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
