Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals, identify new market opportunities, and manage client relationships. Key responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, developing new client partnerships, negotiating contracts, preparing market analysis reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a focus on driving revenue growth while maintaining alignment with the company's sustainability and innovation values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, contract negotiations, and account management
- Strong skills in market analysis, business development, and lead generation
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance optimization
- Understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient aluminium solutions is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multicultural teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and support business growth
