Sales Manager – Software Sales
About Rentilium
Rentilium is an intelligent ERP platform built for the real-estate rental ecosystem. Our solution helps property owners, PG operators, co-living brands, and rental managers automate rent collection, lease management, tenant communication, maintenance tracking, and financial reporting.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the PropTech space.
Position
Sales Manager – ERP Sales
📍 Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads in the real-estate rental market
- Identify PG owners, co-living operators, serviced apartments, and property managers as potential clients
- Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate commercials and close high-value deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams for client feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA preferred (Marketing / Sales)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS / ERP / PropTech
- Strong experience in ERP/PMS sales
- Proven deal-closing and business development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident personality
- Comfortable with client meetings and travel
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience selling ERP/PMS solutions to:
- PG Operators
- Co-living Brands
- Serviced Apartments
- Rental Property Managers
- Real Estate Companies
will be highly preferred.
