Reflect Digital Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a growing medical equipment startup, and we’re looking for someone who can build momentum from day one.
This role goes beyond maintaining accounts. You’ll be responsible for opening doors, building hospital relationships, growing channel partners, and establishing our ultrasound business in the assigned territory. If you’re comfortable working in an early-stage environment where initiative matters more than hierarchy, this role is for you.
Role Description
• Build and grow ultrasound equipment sales in a defined territory
• Drive revenue from scratch, including new account acquisition
• Develop strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinicians
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers where required
• Work directly with decision-makers including doctors, purchase teams, and administrators
• Grow existing accounts and improve repeat business
• Track territory performance, pipeline, and closures independently
• Become the go-to person for ultrasound products in your region
• Collaborate closely with leadership to shape sales strategy and execution
Qualifications
- Ultrasound sales experience or strong technical knowledge, including hands-on use of the equipment, is preferred.
- MBA/PGDM - Preferred.
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Min 2 years in sales experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry
- Experience in Negotiation, Presentation, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Knowledge of medical equipment and the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi and English is preferred
