Recruitment Mantra Hiring Hotel Sales Manager for The Amaya Resort, Kolkata
Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Camac Street, Kolkata
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive hotel and banquet revenue
- Generate leads and acquire new corporate and individual clients
- Manage banquet sales including events, conferences, and group bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in West Bengal
- Prepare sales reports and MIS
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3+ years experience in hotel/banquet sales
- Strong network in West Bengal market (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with good client handling ability
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
