Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for RateHonk’s CRM solutions, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing ongoing client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves closely collaborating with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure accurate requirement gathering, smooth onboarding, and strong customer adoption. The Sales Manager will also be accountable for meeting sales targets, maintaining a healthy pipeline in the CRM, forecasting revenue, and providing regular performance reports and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or software solutions.
- Strong skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations, deliver product demonstrations, and present value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort using CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and optimize sales activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support the full customer lifecycle.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of digital communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, email, web integrations) is a plus.
- Prior experience selling in the Indian market, particularly in or around New Delhi, is beneficial.
