Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager for our Bengaluru location. This is a full-time, on-site role, where you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include developing strategic plans, engaging in market research, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction while achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet potential clients and present facility management services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in tenders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure contract renewals.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in facility management,hotels)
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle regional clients and travel when required.
