Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, develop strategies to improve market reach, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, analyzing market conditions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions. The role also involves monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
- Business development and client relationship management experience
- Knowledge of polymers and petrochemical products; industry experience is a plus
- Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
- Proficient in communication, presentation, and report writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead a team and drive performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Plastics/Polymer Engineering background
