Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to close and onboard property owners for Raho’s hospitality projects.
This is a field-intensive role involving direct interaction with property owners, building strong relationships, and converting them into long-term partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in field sales
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication (Kannada, Hindi, English and Nice to know - Kodathak, Malayalam)
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional
- Ability to build rapport and emotional connect with property owners
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Good knowledge of Excel / CRM tools
- This role is based in coorg, and must be willing to relocate to coorg
- Own bike/car is mandatory
- Preference for candidates from Mysore, Mangalore, or Coorg
- Candidates from Bangalore can also apply, provided they are willing and able to travel to Coorg for at least 10–12 days every month
- Very attractive incentives will be provided apart from the fixed salary, along with flexible work schedules and work-from-home options whenever applicable
Key Responsibilities
- Meet pre-qualified property owners and understand their requirements
- Build strong, trust-based and emotionally connected relationships
- Present and explain Raho’s partnership model
- Handle negotiations and close deals
- Address objections and guide decision-making
- Manage sales pipeline and track performance
- Achieve and exceed onboarding and revenue targets
