Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports To: RSM

Responsibilities: CNC Machine CAD/CAM Software Sales

• Handling Sales of CNC/Turret Punching, Bending and Notching machines of our entire unit
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
• Handling Sales of CAD / CAM softwares, like Cimatron, GibbsCAM, Metalix.
• Cimatron is major CAD/CAM software for manufacturing product lines. They cater to all manufacturing sectors, offering specialized solutions for mould and die makers.
• GibbsCAM is a powerful single-interface CAM system for all your CNC programming
• Metalix specializes in the development of advanced CAD/CAM solutions for the sheet metal industry.
  
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: CNC Machine Sales

• 6+ years in CNC/Turret punching, bending and notching machine sales experience
• Masters /Bachelors degree (preferred) / Diploma in related domain (technical or engineering or any field) along with technical sales experience. (FMCG Sector candidates need not apply)
• Strong Turret / CNC punching, bending and notching machine theory and practical application experience and successful track record, recommended
• Technical Sales: 4 years (Preferred)
