Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at QuickInsure. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, set clear targets, and monitor performance against revenue and conversion goals. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end online sales process, optimizing lead conversion, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all digital channels. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers and insurance partners, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and campaigns. The Sales Manager will also be accountable for sales forecasting, pipeline management, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or other online financial services.
- Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, coaching, and goal setting.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics, conversion funnels, and customer data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, online sales platforms, and digital customer engagement channels.
- Understanding of general insurance products (motor, health, travel, personal accident) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset, high ethical standards, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
