Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the IT Staffing industry with strong expertise in Permanent Hiring and RPO engagements. The role requires a proven track record in hunting, farming, and mining client accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition (Hunting) in IT staffing, with focus on Permanent Hiring & RPO deals
- Manage and expand existing client accounts (Farming & Mining)
- Identify and convert leads into long-term hiring and RPO partnerships
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, TA Heads, Business Leaders)
- Collaborate closely with recruitment/delivery teams for timely closures
- Negotiate commercials, SLAs, and long-term contracts
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and closure targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Mandatory Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience in IT Staffing Sales
- Hands-on experience in Permanent Hiring and/or RPO sales
- Strong expertise in Hunting, Farming, and Mining accounts
- Proven track record of revenue generation and deal closures
- Excellent client management and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of IT roles and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with mid to large enterprise clients
- Strong network and market connect in IT staffing
- Experience in selling RPO/MSP solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
