Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales targets, developing key client relationships, and leading a sales team. This includes understanding client needs, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, improving sales processes, and strategizing to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and sales strategy development skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management, business development, and negotiation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven plans
- Familiarity with AV solutions, Interactive Flat Panels, and Smart Technologies is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or an equivalent field
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment
