Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in the Mohali district. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying strategic opportunities for business growth. Daily responsibilities include leading sales teams, training staff, performance monitoring, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and actively engaging with customers to promote the company's real estate projects.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams with skills in training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Analytical skills for understanding market trends and financial data, along with strategy development
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Knowledge of the real estate sector and an understanding of investment principles and project development
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for maintaining and leveraging client data
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic environment with a client-focused approach
