Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and executing strategies to meet sales targets. The role involves creating detailed sales plans, conducting market analysis, and leading the sales team toward achieving organizational goals. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will actively participate in sales presentations and negotiations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and collaborate across departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills with proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and execution of sales strategies.
- Experience in IT solutions, software, or service-based sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while working collaboratively to achieve organizational objectives.
- Proven organizational and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
