Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop achievable sales objectives, and ensure their accomplishment. Core responsibilities include managing customer relationships, motivating the sales team to meet and exceed targets, analyzing sales performance, and identifying opportunities for driving revenue growth. The role also involves regular feedback and coaching sessions to enhance team performance while ensuring outstanding customer service delivery.

- Experience in sales leadership, team management, and achieving sales targets
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
