Job Overview
Proptellio is looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead Manager to join our growing real estate team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, excellent client handling skills, team management capabilities, and a proven track record in property sales closures.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end real estate sales for residential projects across Hyderabad.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
* Generate and manage leads through calls, references, channel partners, and client networking.
* Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
* Travel with clients for project site visits and assist them throughout the buying process.
* Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and prospective buyers.
* Maintain updated knowledge of Hyderabad real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming projects.
* Coordinate with developers for inventory updates, pricing, offers, and closures.
* Monitor team performance and ensure high conversion ratios.
* Provide excellent customer experience from enquiry to booking closure.

Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
* Hyderabad real estate experience is mandatory.
* Previous experience in handling or leading a sales team is preferred.
* Must have strong knowledge of major developers and key locations in Hyderabad.
* Well-connected within the Hyderabad real estate market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client management skills.
* Proven sales closing record in real estate transactions.
* Open to travelling with clients for site visits across Hyderabad.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
* Must be confident, presentable, and professional.
