Role Description
- Generating leads and achieving sales targets through partner networks.
- Coordinating with developers or companies for product updates, pricing, and offers.
- Conducting client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and site visits.
- Training and supporting channel partners to improve sales performance.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Managing the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Ensuring smooth documentation, payment coordination, and post-sales support.
The role requires strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills to maximize revenue and partner engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or channel partner sales.
