Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives, manage a sales team, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The role will also involve regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing leadership to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify and convert prospects into clients effectively
- Business Development, Networking, and Client Relationship Management skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships
- Team Leadership and Training capabilities to guide and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools to track performance and insights
- Proven sales experience in real estate or similar industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and client-focused environment
