Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support on-ground sales operations. The role involves coordinating site visits, interacting with clients, and assisting in deal closures while working closely with the sales and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Conduct site visits with buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Engage and coordinate with channel partners for business development.
- Support negotiation and assist in closing deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate visit reports and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve assigned targets related to visits, client engagement, and closures.
