Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, generating leads, and providing regular performance reports to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets effectively
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in English
- Conversant with CRM tools and Sales Forecasting software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in the infrastructure or construction sector is advantageous
