Role: Sales Manager
Team: Sales
Location: Bangalore
Report To: Vice President – Sales
Role Description:
• The Sales Management role encompasses acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships to promote Probe42 Business products, identifying and closing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
• Identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities through research, networking and cold calling
• Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads
• Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
• Managing and growing large, strategic accounts to maximize client value and retention
• Negotiating terms and conditions and agreements with new clients to onboard new clients
• Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management
Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
• Familiarity with finance or financial products
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing, Sales or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing large, strategic accounts
