Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and creating strategies to increase sales. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales plans, negotiating contracts, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and achieve business goals. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in the electronic components or ESD products industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
