Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Dibrugarh. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and monitor performance to achieve monthly and annual targets. Responsibilities involve recruiting, training, and mentoring sales personnel, building strong client relationships, and identifying growth and market opportunities. The role also includes conducting market analyses to align strategies with customer needs and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong Team Management and Leadership abilities, including recruitment, training, and overseeing performance.
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Communication, with a focus on providing financial advice.
- Analytical mindset for Market Analysis to understand customer needs and adapt strategies.
- Proficiency in negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
