Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore South. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include overseeing a sales team, creating sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, fostering strong partnerships with clients and contractors, and ensuring timely execution of customer orders. The role requires a hands-on approach to solving customer issues, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our premium product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability in sales management, negotiation, and achieving revenue targets.
- Team Management: Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams and driving team success.
- Customer Relations: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing Products: Familiarity with electrical and plumbing solutions and technical specifications is an advantage.
- Strategic Planning: Skills in developing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and creating growth plans.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and present solutions.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in the construction or related industries, is preferred.
