Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and client leads
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with production and backend teams for order processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Visit clients and attend meetings when required
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales processes and client handling
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any stream
- Experience in manufacturing, plastics, FRP, composites, or industrial products preferred
