Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, mentoring and guiding a team of sales executives, devising strategies to acquire new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with investors and partners. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and develop plans to expand the company's reach in the private investment space.

- Strong sales and business development skills, including networking and negotiation abilities
- Client relationship management and customer service expertise
- Strong analytical and market research skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning ability and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and technology-driven sales platforms
- Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, or related fields is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, high-energy environment in New Delhi
