Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, providing training to team members, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in customer relationship management and client retention
- Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to identify business opportunities
- Leadership and team management skills, including training and mentoring of sales staff
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Surat’s real estate market or general knowledge of real estate trends is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
