Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on-site in Pune City. This full-time role involves spearheading sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, identifying and nurturing business development opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and regularly meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to implement strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. Effective team management and reporting on sales performance are also key duties for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and formulate tailored solutions
- Proficiency in client relationship management and building long-term partnerships
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to track sales goals and assess market trends
- Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on motivating and leading teams to achieve goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, including an understanding of securities, investments, and market behavior
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Prior experience in sales or account management roles in financial services is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a competitive, target-oriented environment
