Role Description
We're Hiring: Sales Managers (2 Roles)
Pearl Enterprise is looking for experienced Sales Managers to drive growth across key regions:
• North & East India
• West & South India
You'll be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and achieving regional sales targets.
We're looking for someone with solid sales experience specially (eyewear/optical industry preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage markets independently.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and achieving sales targets
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Business Development
• Excellent Communication, PR, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Knowledge of the eyewear or fashion industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
