Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Rewari, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves developing and managing relationships with retail partners, driving sales targets, and expanding the business network. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, monitoring sales performance, executing market strategies, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends and provide actionable insights for continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and partner onboarding
- Experience in market analysis, strategy execution, and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with financial services, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the fintech or retail domain is an advantage
- Comfort with a hybrid work environment and regular travel as required
