Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new markets, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additional responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, preparing detailed sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The Sales Manager will also ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand the business network.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience in Market Research, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership abilities
- Understanding of industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, or related technical domains
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Willingness to travel for meetings, client visits, and trade events as required
- Previous experience in the analytical instrumentation or high-tech manufacturing industry is preferred
