About the Role
We’re hiring ambitious, energetic, and target-driven professionals for an Inside Sales / Business Development role.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in:

You’ll be responsible for engaging prospective customers, generating interest, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through consistent customer interaction and sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and customer outreach activities
- Engage and qualify prospective customers through consultative conversations
- Explain product/service value propositions and handle objections effectively
- Generate leads and drive customer conversions
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management with prospects
- Update lead status, pipelines, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and sales performance
- Contribute directly to customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, Outbound Calling, or Lead Generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable handling customer conversations and sales objections
- Experience working in target-driven or revenue-focused roles
- Strong ownership mindset, resilience, and execution ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes is preferred
- Willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office, 6 days/week
