Parcel Guru is a fast-growing shipping aggregation platform helping e-commerce and D2C brands streamline their logistics operations through multiple courier partnerships, competitive shipping rates, automated tracking, and scalable fulfillment solutions.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (E-commerce & D2C Logistics) to drive client acquisition, onboard e-commerce and D2C brands, and achieve shipment and revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, marketplaces, and online businesses.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and field sales.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients.
- Understand client shipping requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions through Parcel Guru.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly:
Shipment volume targets
Revenue targets
Client acquisition targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and shipment growth.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements with clients.
- Track sales activities and maintain CRM updates regularly.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to improve sales strategy.
- Represent the company at e-commerce events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new e-commerce/D2C clients onboarded
- Monthly shipment volume generated
- Revenue achieved from acquired accounts
- Client retention and account growth
- Conversion ratio from leads to active shippers
- Pipeline value and sales closure rate
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, logistics sales, SaaS sales, shipping aggregation, or e-commerce solutions.
- Prior experience in logistics, courier aggregation, shipping platforms, or e-commerce ecosystem preferred.
- Strong understanding of D2C and e-commerce business models.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.
