Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Kochi. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Duties include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service. Additionally, the role involves collaboration across departments to optimize business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster strong client and team relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or retail sales is a plus
