Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities will include managing a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves meeting sales targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and align with company goals.

- Demonstrated ability in team leadership, performance management, and fostering collaboration
- Understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and customer relationship management

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in FMCG or related industry is a plus
