Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with partial remote work flexibility. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, drive enrollment in various programs, and meet revenue goals by identifying and converting leads into admissions. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, generating progress reports, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs, and facilitating smooth communication with students, parents, and clients. The Sales Manager will also support marketing initiatives and implement actions to promote Outpace Academy’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Experience in team collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership
- Knowledge of sales planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a hybrid setup
